Program Overview

The French business visa is for non-EU citizens traveling to France for short-term business activities (such as meetings, negotiations, short-term training, contract signing, etc.). Successful approval grants free access to the Schengen Area.

• Basic requirements: Passport must be valid for at least 3 months longer than the expected date of departure from the Schengen Area, and must have 2 blank pages.

• The Chinese party should provide: a copy of their business license (stamped with the company seal), proof of employment (clearly stating who will bear the expenses), and company bank statements for the past three months. • The French side shall provide: The invitation letter shall be on company letterhead, specifying the information of both parties, the itinerary and the party responsible for the expenses, and shall be signed and stamped by the person in charge.
